Dates are packed with antioxidants. Research has shown that dates contain flavonoids, among other things. These are powerful antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation.

Recipe

Ingredients

- 250 g dates

- 85 g nuts (of your choice)

- 175 g dark chocolate

Preparation method

1. Cut the dates open lengthwise and remove the pit.
2. Put some nuts in the date and close them slightly.
3. Melt both chocolates in a bain-marie.
4. Dip the dates 1 by 1 in the dark chocolate.
5. Top the dates with some small chopped nuts, coconut chips, nut butter and/or rose bales.

6. Place the dates in the refrigerator until the chocolate is hard.
