- 350 g chickpeas
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tsp almond paste
- 60 ml maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 tsp backing powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 5 dates
- 60 gr organic oatmeal
- 90 grams of dark chocolate chips
Preparation method
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
2. Rinse the chickpeas well and deseed the dates.
3. Place all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in the food processor and blend until smooth.
4. Then carefully stir the chocolate chips into the batter.
5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and use a spoon or your (wet) fingers to create the blondie shape you want (round).
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown and enjoy.
