Quinoa contains many healthy nutrients such as protein, fiber, magnesium and folic acid. Quinoa does not contain gluten and is therefore a suitable choice for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

Recipe

Ingredients

- 75 g quinoa (cooked)

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 100 ml almond milk

- 1 tsp honey

- 30 g (frozen) blueberries

- Fruit & superfoods of your choice

Preparation method

1. Cook the quinoa according to the package.
2. When the quinoa is cooked, add it to the pan with the almond milk, blueberries and cinnamon.
3. When the pan is hot, the quinoa can be poured into a bowl.

4. Finally add the fruit, sprinkle some cinnamon and honey on top and your quinoa bowl is ready to be eaten.
