Ingredients
- 125 ml almond milk
- 60 g pumpkin puree
- 60 g chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice herbs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 date
- 1 handful of pecan nuts
- pinch of Celtic sea salt
Preparation method
1. Blend all the ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender until combined.
2. Divide the mixed ingredients between 2 glasses or bowls.
3. Add the chia seeds and mix well.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to set.
5. Finish with kefir, pecan nuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
