We need sugars to function, but we do need natural sugars. People are often afraid to eat fruit because it contains "sugar". It does indeed contain sugar, but these are natural sugars. We need these sugars for energy.

We eat an average of 130 grams of sugar per day per person....

Consider that 20 grams of sugar per day is already harmful to our brain cells.

Sugar is a big problem, it doesn't make our brains happy. That means that you as a person will not be happy. What you eat also enters your mind, our intestines and brain are connected. Our nervous system is more susceptible to illness and becomes out of balance much faster.


Do you suffer from sugar cravings?
Your brain has not had enough nutrients today, and is therefore looking for quick energy.
So your body grabs sugar because the body longs for quick energy.

Consuming refined sugars on a daily basis may have caused you to become addicted to sugar. You can get rid of a sugar addiction within 2 weeks and anyone can do that!

“Eating fattier” Start the day fatter with things like eggs, butter and avocado.
