Healing powers are especially attributed to the mushrooms that grow on trees. Studies show that mushrooms have preventive and therapeutic effects: they strengthen the immune system, where they restore the body's own balance and regulate body functions.

Recipe

Ingredients

- 1 ½ tsp white miso paste

- 250 g chestnut mushrooms

- 1 sourdough sandwich

- 1 tsp olive oil

- t tl maple sitoop

- 1 tsp lemon juice

- Pepper and salt


For garnish:

- 1 sprig of kale

- 1 tsp pomegranate seeds

Preparation method

1. Cut the onion and mushrooms into slices.

3. Fry the onion in the pan with a little olive oil.

2. Make the miso dressing in a bowl. Add the miso paste, maple syrup and lemon paste to the bowl and mix well.

3. Add the mushrooms and miso dressing to the pan and mix well.

4. Top the toast with the fried mushrooms.

5. Add some kale leaves to the same pan and garnish with some olive oil and salt. When these are nice and crispy, they can also be added to the toast.

6. Finally, add some pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
